Abstract:

The article analyzes the effectiveness of the development and establishment of assessment of learning outcomes in higher education. The features of the establishment and adjustment of parameters for such training taking into account the accession of individual countries in the Bologna process and adaptation options assessment of the outcome of the Bologna process in the national education.
