Abstract:

In contents of the article some problems of the legal nature of institute of administrative responsibility for violation of the labor law and other regulations containing standards of the labor law, scientific development on the studied question, and also an adjacent perspective, interaction of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation and Code of the Russian Federation for Administrative Offences, standards of administrative and legal and labor nature, law-enforcement and court proceedings on the specified category of affairs are investigated. Various approaches to research of this problem are analyzed, prospects of further development and improvement of the administrative and labor legislation are considered.
