Abstract:

In this article the urgency of application of a project-based approach (models) to modern organizations as a way to effectively raise the level of competitiveness. The author compares traditional (functional) approach to the management of project-oriented model of management, with an emphasis on the relevance of the second in the current unstable conditions of the external environment in General, and the market, as the aggregate of economic relations in a specific field of activity.
