Abstract:

In works deals with article problems of providing citizens with medicines in the Russian Federation are considered: financial aspect. Questions in the field of untimely granting preferential medicines to citizens, by disagreement with their replacement by similar preparations are studied. The most burning issues are: providing the people having rare, (orfanny) diseases, the vital medicines and questions of provision of medicines of the persons having oncological diseases.
