Abstract:
Injuries are a leading cause of death and disability in the world. The share of road traffic injuries is up to 70% in the total injuries. Most die from road accidents are persons with combined craniocerebral and skeletal injuries. The specialized medical care organization in different regions differ in details, but the basic principles are the same: the faster will be held antishock measures and stopped the bleeding, the better the life and health prognosis.
