Abstract:

The article defines need of the mediated use of modern information technologies in educational process of the higher school through development of a network of various educational communications. The presented concept describes the personal developing resource of educational communications which becomes more active by means of realization of some components (informational, interactive, gnostic, operational, intentional, etc.), opens the leading signs of educational communications (dialogicity, cooperation, personalisation, academism, concreteness), and also levels of their functioning (interpersonal, group, institutional). As regulatory base for use of in educational process the concept explains the basic psychology-pedagogical principles for application of educational communications: addressing, availability, redundancy, versatility, reflexivity, sensitivity, synergy, renewability.
