Abstract:

This article analyzes one of the concepts of financial management - compromise between risk and profitableness. There are the definitions «risk» and «profitableness», their correlation and the levels of the risk. The article describes detailed the stages of evaluation of the compromise between risk and profitableness. There are the aspects which the manager of the small and large business can guided in making management decisions.
