Abstract:

In works deals with questions of interaction of institutes of civil society in the course of penitentiary adaptation of the persons released from places of imprisonment and a situation at the present stage of development of society are considered. Ways solutions of problems of the social help served sentence which realization will help the persons released from places of imprisonment successfully to adapt with society are proposed.
